We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to help grow our commercial portfolio.
This is an opportunity to join a developing commercial function with ambitious plans for the future. You'll play a key role in winning new business, building relationships across the adult social care sector, and helping expand our commercial offer.
If you're an experienced B2B salesperson who enjoys identifying opportunities, demonstrating value and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a hands-on sales role focused on generating, qualifying and converting new business opportunities across our products and services.
You'll manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation and close, working closely with colleagues across the organisation.
Using CRM-led prospecting, inbound enquiries, networking and direct outreach, you'll build a strong pipeline, achieve revenue targets and provide market insight that helps shape our future commercial approach.
We're looking for a proactive and organised salesperson who is confident engaging senior decision-makers and using CRM systems to manage opportunities and forecasts.
You'll own the full sales cycle, from first contact to handover. That starts with mining our CRM to prioritise high-potential prospects across small providers, large multi-site operators and local authorities. You'll also build working relationships with our regional network, turning their connections into warm introductions. From there you'll run discovery calls, deliver demos, write tailored proposals, negotiate terms and close deals within agreed parameters, managing your own pipeline and forecast throughout. What you learn in real conversations will feed back into how we price and package what we sell.
You'll have a track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally somewhere relationship-led such as training, care, healthcare or education. You create your own opportunities rather than only working what's handed to you, and you build trust before you push for a close. You're disciplined with CRM hygiene, resilient through high-volume outreach, and confident presenting to everyone from front-line staff to commissioners and senior leaders.
If you are interested in this role, please access the full job description for further information and we look forward to receiving your application.
